I think the AA mechanics and Mike #2, don't know Mike #1, are super good at what they do. AA is lucky to have them. I was given all sorts of tips for operating my car and their patience and professionalism will bring me back as many times as needed. It was clear to me that they are "caring" people - thanks for a good job and how quickly everything was done.. U all get "A" plus Prices fair and super right on target. Extremely polite, helpful and walked me through every step of the process. I checked the prices with many of my friends who know a lot about cars and they all said it seemed accurate, no scams or anything. Car works great, they cleaned the interior as well as a wash for free. Had many calls over many days discussing prices and options, had everything explained to me carefully and only made the decision once I had as much information as possible. Great people.
