Mike Prescott is a great person to deal with, professional and friendly. The Smog Check was a very good price. Car was ready when promised. I did not care for the mechanic who apparently did the smog check. He had a surly attitude, not friendly or helpful in explaining exactly what the specific test was that my car did not pass. Bad personality, certainly not one to engender business at A & A. I'll be taking my car back for the last test needed once the issue is repaired, but after that I have no desire to deal with him again. It's unfortunate because the owner/service advisor, Mike Prescott, is a lovely person.

Mike is a true professional, I had a great first time experience with A & A Automotive. It's easy to feel like you are getting ripped off with a lot of shops but not here, they fixed my car in a pinch and actually charged significantly less than what I was expecting. Give A & A a try!
