Efficient and good customer service

Mike was a super nice guy, and was able to take me in after hours. I didn't end up get my car fixd there, and took it to my mechanic, whose prices are much cheaper.

Came across A&A thru a Reddit thread. Called them for help with an issue I was having with a failed smog check on a Kia Sorento. Mike G knew I was in SoCal and that I couldn't bring my car in to his shop in the Bay Area. Nevertheless, he did some quick research and called me back with a referral to a SoCal shop that quickly solved the problem. A problem that the local Kia dealer was unable to solve! Thanks to Mike and A&A for true customer service, and I wasn't even a customer! Cheers!
