Honest and professional work

Everything about the service was great: dropping off the car with prompt attention, and receiving the car back in a timely manner. They are straight forward and honest in talking about what is needed for repairs. And I really like the resident greeter- the little black and white darling doggie! We had a nice time wagging tails together. The person who helped me drew a dog on my oil change sticker on my windshield. As I was driving home, I noticed it, and got a good chuckle. That was a sweet touch that made the whole experience very personable.

I have been talking my 2001 Jaguar to A & A for 5 years now and they resolved some festering issues that other quality shops have failed to resolve. Further, they do so at very reasonable and competitive prices. I feel most fortunate that this quality/reasonable shop is also located in Southern Marin and in my home town no less. I look forward to many more years of continued great service from A& A.

Dont know if there was a miscommunication but was charged $159 for an oil change. Dealer charges $56

These guys are fast, honest, and do a very good job. I like how you can ask them what they'd do if it were their vehicle and you get a straightforward answer that balances cost and long-term value and condition of the car. I have an old Toyota Tacoma, but I'd bring all other vehicles there as well. I highly recommend them
